On Showcaser, personal information (such as your name and email address) is collected when you voluntarily submit it through a website form when registering to use our service. Where you upload videos onto Showcaser, we may process information contained within the videos you upload where we are reviewing submitted videos to ensure compliance with Showcaser's terms and conditions or creating 'playlists' of videos. Your videos may contain special categories of personal data (such as information revealing race or religion, political or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or relating to health etc.) or personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences if you choose to include this.
You may also on occasion provide us with personal data relating to other people, for example, when other persons feature in videos that you upload to our site. Before providing such information, you must inform such people of any personal data that you intend to share with us, and make sure that they are aware of the information contained in this Notice.
